We ship both domestic and international shipments via USPS flat rate service. Our packaging team works diligently to ensure all of your precious stones and specimens arrive to their proper destination undamaged and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, what happens between our door and yours is out of our hands. Because of this, not only do we take care to ensure things are packaged as best we can, BUT we also have a zero hassle policy if your item does NOT make it to its destination "unscathed".
